Why Robotic Duct Cleaning?

Precision Cleaning: The ANATROLLER ARI 100 robot is designed to navigate complex ductwork layouts with precision. Equipped with high-resolution cameras and powerful cleaning tools, it reaches deep into your ducts, removing dust, debris, and other contaminants more effectively than traditional methods.

Minimized Disruption: Unlike manual cleaning processes, our robotic system requires minimal access to operate, reducing disruptions to your daily operations. This is particularly beneficial for facilities that operate around the clock, such as hospitals, manufacturing plants, and data centers.

Enhanced Air Quality: Regular duct cleaning helps improve indoor air quality, reducing the risk of respiratory issues and enhancing the overall health and comfort of your building occupants.

Cost-Effective: Our robotic duct cleaning services can extend the lifespan of your HVAC system, decrease energy consumption, and reduce the need for frequent cleanings, providing long-term savings.

The ANATROLLER ARI-100

The ANATROLLER™ ARI-100 is a top-tier duct cleaning and inspection robot, ideal for hospitals, factories, and hazardous environments. It’s designed for efficiency, capable of brushing and spraying disinfectants and sealants. This robust machine provides reliable performance daily in any duct configuration, overcoming all challenges with ease.

Compact and highly maneuverable, the ANATROLLER™ ARI-100 weighs 8kg but can tow up to 45kg and carry 50kg. Its flexible arm, equipped with a pneumatic brush, adjusts to all directions, climbing obstacles up to 5 inches and slopes of 45 degrees. This allows it to thoroughly clean each duct section in a single pass, adapting to varying sizes and shapes. It fits into most ducts from 8” x 6” and uses a scissor lift attachment for large ducts up to 78” x 78”. It includes standard cleaning accessories, with additional options for coating, sealing, and customizations available on demand.

How It Works

Assessment: Our technicians will conduct a thorough assessment of your HVAC system and ductwork to determine the best approach for cleaning.

Setup: We deploy the ANATROLLER ARI 100, which is remotely operated by our trained technicians. The robot is equipped with brushes, vacuums, and cameras to ensure effective cleaning and real-time monitoring.

Cleaning Process: The robot meticulously cleans each section of your ductwork, with live video feedback ensuring that no area is overlooked.

Final Inspection and Report: After cleaning, a detailed inspection is performed to ensure the ducts are immaculately clean. We provide a comprehensive report, including before and after photos, for your records.

Air ducts can harbor various pollutants including dust, pet dander, pollen, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). These contaminants can circulate through air conditioning systems, contributing to indoor air pollution.

Regular cleaning of air ducts helps remove build-up of contaminants such as dust, mold, and other debris. This can significantly reduce indoor air pollution and improve the overall air quality, making environments healthier and safer, especially for individuals with allergies or respiratory issues.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) highlights that indoor air pollution is often more concentrated than outdoor air due to contained spaces. Air purifiers and air cleaners are recommended by the EPA to help reduce airborne contaminants, including VOCs and particulate matter.

Opening windows can introduce fresh air and improve ventilation, helping to dilute indoor air pollutants and lower the concentration of carbon monoxide and other gases. However, it’s important to be mindful of outdoor air quality and pollen counts to avoid worsening indoor conditions.

Air filters in air conditioning systems should typically be changed every 1-3 months, depending on usage and the type of filter. Regularly changing air filters ensures efficient system operation and helps maintain high levels of indoor air quality by trapping pollutants and particulates.

To improve ventilation and ensure a supply of fresh air, consider using air purifiers, maintaining HVAC systems, and integrating exhaust fans, especially in areas like kitchens and bathrooms. Ensuring that ventilation systems are bringing in adequate outdoor air and properly filtering air also helps manage and reduce levels of indoor air pollutants.
